My name is Jodie. I am based in Cornwall, UK and I am a passionate herbalist, nutritionist and space tender, dedicated to empowering people to take control of their health and well-being, and helping to bring a sense of connection between humans and plants.

I have studied clinical herbalism but I also practice folk and intuitive herbalism, I work with the seasons of the Earth and the seasons of the body, with a deep love and fascination for the feminine and all of the cycles that we embrace.

The body really does keep the score, and I take the entirety of one’s life into consideration in all of it's different dimensions: lifestyle, nutrition, and psychological, spiritual, and physical wellness. Each constitution, body, mind and wounds are completely unique and I will work tenderly to design custom plans to suit each individual, with the intention to get to the root cause of disease and imbalance. And always working hand-in-hand with nature and the innate intelligence of the body.

I have the capacity to work with all sorts of symptoms and illnesses. It will be a journey together, arm in arm as we gently step into deep healing. I will guide you, but you will ultimately be the only one that can heal yourself.

My practices incorporate herbal medicine, somatic movement, nature cure, breathwork and plant ceremony. I also nurture the mind-body and soul connection, helping to cultivate inner harmony. Through my own experience I have discovered the deep link with stress and health and bring this into focus as an important part of healing.
